Includes the controller, solenoid and wiring harness.
You will need to purchase a few lengths of piping to
run back and forth to your wastegate/actuator and minor mounting
hardware.

vehicle, which gives the driver the ability to change boost pressures

The solenoid is mounted on the engine side of the fire-wall and
connected to your turbo waste-gate. The solenoid is connected by the
harness to the control unit which is mounted close to your driving
position.
