i think was in 1987 to 1988 with the later version of the Rb20det

Tuning is Stage 1 :
Higher Boost
ignition and fuel maps remapped
higher Rpm limiter
Aftermarket Intake Filter
Decat
Exhaust System
Speed and fuel cut All limiters removed

Specs:

1 Eliminate 180km top speed limiter
2 Shift rev limiter timing
3 Eliminate boost limiter
4 Modification of fuel correction map and Ignition map
5 Change quorum (k)
6 Change lattice of the map (RPM, injection time)
7 Modify every correction points


The ECU is a computer which replaces the existing ECU. Replacing the stock ECU with either a piggyback unit or an entire replacement, such as this, is commonly known as 'chipping' the car. The computer does not rely on fooling the ECU with external clamping circuits or making sensors read differently, it properly re-programs the factory limits, and all the fueling is adjusted accordingly.
